Week 2

No. I didn't forget. I wish I could

Yesterday was weigh in.

I lost 3 lbs this past week, for a total of 7.

I know, I know. I should be happy, and I am.

But, this eating right stinks and as deprived as I am feeling I think I should have lost upwards of 20 lbs.

Wishful thinking, huh?

Anyway....I continue on.

No pop. No sweetened drinks and 21 pts a day.

Yay me!

Hang in there. I'm feeling pretty deprived this week, too. I'm at 19lbs lost but remember, this is week 7 for me!

7 lbs. is great, I wish I could say the same! I am on day 2 of no soda, regular or diet. I'm already having a hard time!

You are doing great Kim. Keep it up you'll love the end results. You might be sick of pickles by then but you'll be skinny! LOL

good for you kim! proud of you! ive been doing my pilates and tomorrow is a free day for me. im still trying to stay away from refined sugars though. my real test will come when i have to make peanut butter balls in the afternoon for my cousin. if i allow myself one, i may end up stuffing my face with half the batch. so i will need prayers....
