So the question is..............

How much money would you have to be shorted before you would call the cashier on it? Two pennies, a nickel, a quarter? Name your price.

For me, probably a nickel....... maybe more. I am not sure.

I would have to say in the 50 cent range. I am not very assertive when it comes to interacting with the service industry.

I do not consider myself cheap and I think TSK would agree, but hey any amount shorted would suck. I would have to speak up!

I think it depends on if there was other coin that was given back. Like if I were due 43 cents, and I only got 35, I probably wouldn't say anything. But if they just decided to "keep the change" I might be more likely to say something.

Chad, I'll have you know that while cleaning out my catch-all drawer this morning, I kept and found a place for the lone penny I found. It was tempting to toss it, but I kept it.

BYW, it's not that I wouldn't want the change, it's just that I wouldn't speak up about it.
