think of it ...new way of thinking<br /><br />not weight loss<br /><br />think of it as releasing weight.....<br /><br />(losing it keeps the mindset that it might be found again, LOL)<br /><br />I believe that knowing you have a reward/treat planned for each weekend, is motivation to stay on track all week. That is wonderful! I know how hard it is. I am currently down 22.5 lbs but I have been squeaking by each week, barely seeing the scale move at all.
